Shipping

Your order will ship once it has been carefully manufactured and you have approved the proof burn we send via email. We will send the proof to the same email you used when placing your order, so please keep an eye out and check your spam folder just in case. We cannot ship without your approval, but we do everything we can to keep things moving quickly, and we often finish ahead of schedule.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, your location, and the carrier and speed of service you select. Our shopping cart page includes a shipping calculator so you can view all available options by entering your ZIP or Postal Code. The price shown at checkout is the final amount. We will not increase your shipping cost after checkout unless you specifically request expedited service.

For our international customers: packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are beyond our control, and delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.

Returns & Repairs

Because each branding iron is custom made and one of a kind, we are unable to offer refunds. Under rare circumstances, store credit may be available for unused products returned in their original packaging.

If you need a repair, complete the Gearheart Kitchen Repair & Warranty Form and wait for a confirmation email before shipping your iron to us. Please include a brief note describing the issue. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs or warranty service.

Every Gearheart Kitchen iron is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents (drops, torch exposure, and similar), misuse, or normal wear and tear. Disassembly of electric products will void the warranty.

Our team takes pride in keeping your tools in top shape. Even if your iron has damage not covered under the warranty, we can usually repair or replace components at a reasonable cost to get you back to cooking, grilling, and creating as quickly as possible.
